- As a Mortgage Banker I have successfully closed over 1,500 Home Loans within a 15 year period, resulting in $120,000,000.00 in new mortgages.
- As a Property Tax Consultant, Licensed in the State of Texas, I conducted over 2,000 Tax Protest Hearings that resulted in either a “No-Change” in value or a “Property Tax Reduction”.
- As an Adjunct Professor for Houston Community College, and for The State of Texas, I taught and passed over 1,000 students pursing either their Real Estate License or their Mortgage License.

As a successful owner of several Small Businesses, and past “Executive Director” of a local “Non-Profit”, I understand in negotiating through the complexities of many individual personalities.
